Hi I'd like to know what is this mean? I used to have so much discounts but not anymore.

here's some brief information taken from the "Help Files". Might clear things up for you.

@annesaj  as of May 2024, the automatic discounts have been removed. The program has been converted to Points. Points are earned on your Payments, referrals and Community.

When you signed it, it should show how points you have in total.

The autopay and loyalty rewards no longer exist.  For the most part, customers are only now rewarded for referring new customers and for Community website participation.
