Hi All, I have recently migrated from wind mobile. I seem to not be recieving messages from my friends on the Wind network. My main concern is I set the phone up a month ago and today I recieved a bill from Wind mobile for the month I have been using public. I paid my bill at wind before I set up and migrated my number. Does Public not cancel the plan when they migrate you?

I just got off the phone with Wind Mobile (now Freedom Mobile)
They said the number was still active was it was succussfully ported.
My last bill will be on Dec 20 and they said it should technically be Zero since I didn't use any services since being ported, heck I didn't even use them the week prior because my phone broke.

I paid my current bill with Wind the day I Ported my number so I have not used there network for the entire month, I will definitely not be paying it, thats just ridicolous

if your phone was porting over sucseffuly then Wind should not charge you...
You should pay only to PM
