Receiving notice of payment by email

Is there a way to receive my notice of payment by email instead of sms... or to receive it to another phone number (by sms)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get alert via email. You can dial 611 from your phone to figure out the payment/renewal date. 

If your Credit Card company allows live phone or email notification for transactions, you can keep track of it that way.

you can ask for an invoice but that takes about 4 weeks to get.  other than that the system is what it is and dont think there will be any changes.
