Hello Friends,
I set up an auto payment on my account; and my AMEX credit card was charged on 29 Dec, with the next withdrawal date being 28/January. But I have not been able to make call since, with my account saying "not enough credit." Please what do you think is the problem?

@aj6 Please login to your account:
- follow @Anonymous 's suggestion to check your SIM card number
- review your Payment history to confirm autopay is working and your account is Active
- confirm your credit card has not expired

Can you log in to your self-serve account? If so, what is the status? Active? Plan Expired?
Can you click into Change SIM and take note of the last 4 digits of the registered SIM card and then compare that to your actual one in your phone? Are they the same?

When I tried calling, and also people have told me that it goes straight to voicemail when they tried calling me.
