Does anyone have any idea how to get real help from this company? I am being looped into useless circles and not given any real help. The phone number on the account being used for two factor authentication no longer exists. I have provided them will all kinds of accurate info but they still refuse to change the phone number & want more information.
The customer service for this company is TERRIBLE!!!

did you get this resolved? If not try looking through your email for the service agreement it should have the data and the date activated:) if you search public mobile in your email search bar it should come up!

They refuse to escalate & are going to close the chat because I cannot tell them exactly what month the plan started and how many GBs are in the plan. I have given them everything else they have asked for. RIDICULOUS

sounds like you are working with agent already via Community messages. That is real help. They have to be very careful in case someone try to hack the account. Please continue working with them and try to get the problem resolved. If you don't like the help you got, as them to escalate
