Reactiviating a number from a lost phone

Hello,

A few weeks ago, my daughter lost her phone. At that time, I was able to go onto her account and suspend the service. Now that she has a new phone and sim card, I'm trying to reactivate her number. However, the system wants to send a text message to the number for authentication... which is not possible since the phone is lost and the number is suspended.

Please help! She wants the same number again.

@M-C13  Tap resend a few times and you should get option to send code to email instead . And then SIM card swap number in my account like this

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
