How long does it take for the account to be reactivated after it has been suspended, and a top up payment was just made to reactivate? Should it be working immediately? Thanks

the reactivation button actually disappeared after payment. I will have to try the restart. It's actually my hubby's phone and he is at work right now, so I will try that when he gets home.

Yes, it should be immediate.
Did you click on the "Reactivate" button in self-serve after applying funds to your account?
