Unable to reactivate my accnt

To reactivate your account, you will need login to make a payment. Sometimes AutoPay might be disabled so enable it and manual make the late payment with your CC or voucher.

You would need to try later then. Just for information, the Public Mobile website sometimes undergoes maintenance at night.  Another option is to purchase a Public Mobile voucher that are available at some convenience and grocery stores.

It says try later. At this time I also changed my credit card as the original one was not working for some reason

can you login My Account ?  any error during login or when you attempt to reactivate after you logged in?

1. how long has the account be suspended?

    Account suspended for over 90 days will be closed permanently and cannot be reactivate

2. if you can login to My Account and just got error for reactivation, what exactly the error was?
