To create your self-serve account, you need your working phone to receive a text message with a code. Without a working phone, you need to send a private message to moderator for help. Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.

PSA:
For the in-store activation subscribers, your should create you self-server account ASAP while you have a working phone to receive a code from PM in order to create your self-serve account.
