$1 top up doesn’t do it. You had to get the plan working again for another 30 days back in June. So it has expired now and you would have to start over with a new SIM card and a new number. Your phone number is gone and unless it was a Telus/Koodo/Public Mobile number originally you wont likely be able to get it back. If it was an original Telus company number you might be able to work with the moderators to get it back if important but no guarantees and they may not have a lot of interest if you are just storing the number going forward.

When did you last have a working plan? Round about what day?
With your PM SIM in your phone...what happens when you dial 611?

You are right. It has been more than 90 days.
You will need to buy a new SIM card and re-activate another account and get a new phone number. That is if you want to stay with Public mobile.
If you paid June 13, you plan would have expired on July 13. 90 days of suspension would be October 11.

It's 90 days of suspension. You said you paid Jun 13. Unless you self-suspended, my rough guesstimate puts that around Oct 12.

Have you tried to reset your password to your self service account?
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator to help, but that might take some time for response.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
