Your port is likely stuck then. With stuck ports, you should be able to call/text out.  Unable to receive calls or texts.

You can either call Telus porting team or contact moderator for help.  I will private message you the phone number.  This number can only be used for porting issues

 @Ug33 : So you can browse the internet using mobile data (not wifi for this) and you can call out. Correct? Did you recently sign up and transfer your number in?

I tried restarting the phone. That made no difference, I can't get or send texts, and I can't receive calls.

 @Ug33 : Click on the Reply button to the lower right of a post and then type in the larger text box...not the tags box.

So any texts? Both in and out? Maybe restart the phone?

A few basic troubleshooting advice:

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone

Toggle airplane mode on, then off.

 @Ug33 : Which phone are you using? How about calls in/out? Internet browsing? Which texts...in or out? Or picture/MMS?
