I have the same problem. Im trying to submit a ticket but i keep getting directed to the community. Help!

Thanks, I accidentally took the old sim card out too soon so i did not receive the message to confirm that I want to port.

what exact problem you have?
if you have already activated and just need to provide the correct porting information, I will message you a phone number to call, please check your community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
