I want to cancel my account and have everything removed from my phone  please

PM is an self serve online service and you are in control of your account.

If you don’t login to your account and disable Subscribe. PM will continue to charge you on a monthly basis.

Your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment or you can port your number to another carrier to close your account.

first, support  won't do what you said by just a post in the community

but you fully in control yourself

just Login My Account , go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and then disable "Subscribed", which is disable the autopay.  with that PM won't charge you again on your next renewal.
