first, can you receive inbound calls?
it really does not make much sense if data works but not voice
anyway, you can ask PM to refresh the account and see if it helps

I had a esim on my fold 6. Needed to send in for repair. So got a sim card. Loaded the number into my account. Turned phone off put in card. Turned on. Had to reboot. Then i made it my primary sim and what not. Restart phone. Texted my mate at work he got the text. So turned off again and removed card. Put in my older s25 ultra and data and everything works fine. Can send texts but only receive from a few android users. Nothing from iphone. Cant make outgoing calls. Data works and is on the public network. Have Reset network connections. The original phone got rebooted to factory and sent out today. Thanks for any help. Have also Restart many times and tired re entering the sim number but it wont change as its the current sim number

Can you make outbound calls? outbound text?
can you receive inbound calls? receive inbound text?
data works?
what phone do you have?
