I Have now been over 24 hours trying to activate a SIM card and port a number. Still no success!

@lecurrie Issue with entering your payment info or invalid SIM card error?
If payment issue then maybe purchase a voucher to get up and running.
If invalid SIM card error then try the sim in your phone to see if your card has been activated.

@lecurrie...make sure to keep your old provider active until the PM port is complete.
You should be able to use the old one until then. You old account will close automatically when port is complete.

Try a different browser, use incognito/privacy mode, clear cache/site cookies.
Has your payment method been charged?
If you insert the SIM does it work?
Does your old SIM still work?
