Re: [Vent] notAbleToProcessRequest

Yeah this is all so unfortunate. I've been with this carrier for 3 years, but now I have to go through the annoying process of switching: Not because the service isn't working, but because there's clearly an issue with adding a new card to the account, and I've tried everything they told me.

Now they're suggesting vouchers, but it's like, come on.

JUST OPEN A TICKET WITH YOUR PROGRAMMING TEAM. FIX IT.

I'm literaly trying to give you my money, but your system take my bank cards (both debit and credit from 2 different companies) because of some 2 year old bug.

This is insane.

I've been dealing with Public Mobile since 2011 and I will say that they are the most ghetto service provider so much so that if a message won't go through they'll hijack another carriers line and send via different number also different providers. So I've not had issues other than changing phone numbers with a specific area code. Stay loyal because I know that they go above and beyond for over a decade and still surprising with crazy subscriptions.

@JD_Oh they will fix the issues but you want to get the service back first.  And afterall, if you want to port out the number, your account has to be active first

Buy a voucher from shoppers drug mart or buy online from muskbird.com and then load the voucher using *611

@JD_Oh

may I suggest you pay with voucher for now… but then demand Customer Support fix the broken process to replace payment card.
