I also need to update my credit card. Followed the instructions and "Update Card Information" isn't even an option.

choose "payment" on left drawer, then click "Manage subscription", then click "manage payment method" and you can update your credit card info
I am using the website. Thank you so much for helping. The chat bot definitely needs improvement. I will try this link.
