did you ever figure it our cause no one can help me. I have sim for iPad, no phone and I cant get into my **bleep** account

it really depends on the situation. if your account was already closed for not paying over 90 days, then the agent was correct , there's no other way but to activate a new account with a new SIM card
but if you have active service now and you just cannot login, then go back and tell the agent the situation and he can sort out the login

Any advice on what to say to them, cause ive tried getting this sorted out with an agent multiple times and they just keep telling me theres nothing I can do but get a new sim. I dont want a new sim.
