I'm having money taken out of my account I can't log in to cancel anyone know how

for the Stream+ with Disney, Netflix, Prime ?
To cancel Koodo Stream+ with Disney, Netflix, and Prime, log in to your Koodo Self Serve account, go to the "Subscriptions" tab, select "Manage" for the Stream+ service you want to cancel, and then click "Cancel my subscription". The subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, unless you are in Quebec, in which case you may be able to cancel immediately for a prorated credit.
