Its an esim . After network reset there is no sim now

when was the last time you were able to use the service? Call 1-855-4PUBLIC using another phone and enter your phone number to confirm if account is active.
if active, ask PM agent to sort out the login issue

When i log into the account. There is no information its like new account without subscription

About 6 months ago, when there was a promotion going on of 50%off. For a 2 years subscription. Suddenly today there is no service . When i try to make a call it says you don't have a plan. And proceeds to give me subscription plan

please login My Account and confirm if service is suspended. If it is, make a manual payment
if it shows service active, the Reboot your phone and click Reset network settings

When did you subscribe? Did you try to reboot your ohone, etc. etc.
