I am trying to reach a customer service agent.  It says no agents available try later.  When are agents available?  I am a bell Customer and looking to move to your service but have questions

you can reach customer support agent here by submitting a ticket using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

This is very frustrating as I can’t find anything out.  Plus I can’t reach an agent as none are available.  Seems we have a communication issue.
