I have the 6bg plan, and i have no internet even at low speed

@beemer1  The wording on the  website is vague , and sometimes misleading when you look at the plans they say  monthly but infact are only 30 days . Public mobile should do better on the messaging unfortunately, but that part of the reason we get to enjoy low cost plans all the same

sorry, you misunderstand the fine print.  That fine print is one page for all plans.  Not every lines there applies to all plan.   You have to match up your plan with the lines that apply to your plan

in short, your 6GB 4G plan Does Not have unlimited slow data after the 6GB.  That unlimited slow data is Only for those 5G non-roaming plan.   Sorry about that

if you run out of data now, you will either have to wait till next cycle, or you can use Change Now and pick another plan to change to.  Or one last way is to ask PM support agent to help to renew your plan early

Add: the page you show said clearly IF you are using wireless data on one of Public Mobile's... 
 your 6GB plan is not one of them

thanks for your help. 4 months activation, 4G with 6GB with a esim, i did reboot and no changes

the small print says that i have unlimited data with reduced after the 6GB reached

With my plan the small print says reduced speed but i don't have it (reduce speed)

@beemer1  Is it possible you ran out of data ? The 6GB plan is 4G plan and does not come with unlimited throttled data once you run out it just stops working u til your next cycle or you buy data add on to hold you over . You need 5G plan without US /MEX roaming to have unlimited throttled data

hi @beemer1 

new activation? what phone do you have?  and you have physical sim or esim?

try reboot your phone, then Reset network settings and make sure mobile data is on, test data

please also test if you can make outbound calls
