first, you need to have at least 15 points to redeem. If you do, just login to the rewards site and redeem
to get to rewards portal, first login My Account. There might be a pop up to access Rewards site, do not use that, close it. After you login My Account, click Rewards on the top right to go to Rewards site. Then check Catalogue and click the $15 bill credit and complete the transaction. PM will add the credit to your account within 2 days
