Hello. I tried to port from another carrier yesterday and today but kept saying error. Went to walmart and the rep tried but still saying error. He said maybe my balance with the other carrier was high so paid it in full today. He tried again but unsuccessful. He called Public but then the Public rep says my number is already active so he can't do anything. Please help. What do I do ?

@mnure1c  Activate your PM sim with a temp number. Once everything is setup including your self serve account then port your number from Rogers via your self serve account by selecting the change phone number option.
