I switched over to that plan, and now my service is not working at all... Only on wifi server... Been trying to fix solutions with customers support and nothing

When you say in your original post "Been trying to fix solutions with customers support and nothing " do you mean you submitted a ticket with Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)?
If not, then you may not know this @Deswilliams , but people posting on this Community Forum are customers and members just like you trying to help and troubleshooting issues.
We have no access to your account, but just try and assist when we can.
If all troubleshooting and advice is not helping here, go to the "Chatbot SIMon" link at the bottom of this page to submit a ticket to CSA to check your account.

I don't see mention of you trying it. I did see "nothing is working". The context could just as well have been no services are working.
I am not reading any manual. Nor do I work here.
We have had a bit of rash of this problem recently though. It sucks. You try to give the company more money but they don't seem interested in using it.
You said you had been with support...so try again. Reply to that support. Ask again. Ask them to escalate the problem to someone who knows what to do.

Go back and read previous comments. FYI yes, yes I did .... Are you reading a manual, I have tried numerous chit on my phone in my profile, and nothing is working, just like customers support and service on Public Mobile..... Like I said, cheap deals = cheap ass service from a company

Nothing is working, actually went and bought a new SIM card also, ya know customer service is chit on this forum. No one answers a FokN ticket. On-line services won't let me active a new SIM card. I guess, you want cheap services, you get cheap chit to work with

@Deswilliams - try your public mobile sim card into another compatible phone to see if services work.
Then move it back to your own phone...sometimes the act of moving into another phone, powering on, then removing it and inserting back into your own device can reset things in the backend of the account.

@Deswilliams- Use the Lost/stolen function to suspend your account. Log out, log back in, use the function to resume your account, restart phone. Are you on the new points system or the old rewards system?

Yes I got the refresh symbol. It says active. Plan is set to the new plan that has been released. No network, no text, no calling. All while I had these features on my last plan. New plan, started this AM and no I only have WiFi

@Deswilliams- Sooo you're saying the plan shows and that it's active? Also after you clicked on the refresh icons (the ones lower down, not the browser refresh).

@Deswilliams- Can you login to see if the plan and account is active? While you're there, click on the little spinner refresh icons to update any data.

I have tried reboot, I have reset my server network, hard reset. Airplane mode, restart , power off and on again.
No data, no text, no calling ... Only thing working is WiFi network. Umm maybe if I put it in rice, it will work eh

@Deswilliams- Define service. Calls? Texts? Internet? All? Maybe try a reboot of the phone if you haven't already.
