Hi @Zaviyalkhan 

 

If you JUST activated service and ported your number from another provider, it's possible your service is still in the porting process.

 

Incoming calls are typically the last of voice/text services to complete the porting process.

 

If the above is your case, open a ticket for assistance here and type "port request" or call the porting team at ***
