Phone Suspended every cycle - Unable to process transaction

Hello I am having the same problem, I followed all the steps in this forum and its still saying unable to process transaction. Can anyone help me?

did you problem get resolved?  how it is now? i  blieve one of mod must have resovle the problem so hopefully you won't have problem again it is pain to have it again and again.
