My acct is suspended, my MC has been compromised and waiting for new card, I did send info on this awaiting my card to update info

 @t_p : I've tried them. So far, the ones I know text a voucher PIN to the number. You need to redeem it. Still no instant top-up.

 @joanne55 : Now you need to make a manual payment to get your balance up to your plan cost. Then it should renew. Use Other. Not Amount Due.

 @joanne55 : You can also use those prepaid "credit" card gift cards. Not MyVanilla. Vanilla works. And others.

You can also use an online instant top up service like recharge.com or ding.com for convenience if you don't mind the extra charges

Edit: On condition you have another credit card to use of course. But in that case, you'd be able to replace the old registered card with another card, not having to wait for the replacement card to arrive.

You can make a payment with a voucher and call 611 or you can also use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.

@joanne55   get a voucher and load into our account to get your service back up.  You can get voucher from different retails, but some might take 24 hours for the voucher to activate.  Try to get it from Shoppes drug mart or Shell, their voucher be can used without wait time.
