You have been informed incorrectly and after being charged (TWICE, ffs), completing all of the activation steps, the eSIM appears to be active however there is NO CONNECTIVITY.. not able to make or receive calls or texts or use the web.
Even after performing all troubleshooting, resetting network settings, restarting phone etc. still doesn’t work

same issue for me today as well.. can't submit the ticket either. i never got the data working, havne't even ported in yet.

Same here. Beginning to think porting was penny wise, pound foolish. No service since ‘sucessfully’ porting and resetting network settings.

Reply in the weekend can be slower. Also, it is known fact that direct message is a slower way, but you have no choice since you cannot use Chatbot to open ticket
