I presume this means you were/are a Public Mobile customer before (and not with another supplier, now wanting to switch to Public Mobile?)
If so, sign into your self-serve then follow @Anonymous guidance to proceed.
If you're a customer switching to Public Mobile at this time, you'll need to refer to the Get Started section above for details on porting service to Public Mobile.

@kawalski7734 : If you can still log in to your account, use the Change SIM function to register the new SIM on your account. Then if you suspended the account, go back into the Lost/stolen function and Resume your account.
