eSIM

Hi, I have been using public mobile for almost 10 years and plan on upgrading my phone. How do I get this QR code? I didn’t receive any emails from you guys in years and wondering how to go about this.

first, if your new phone takes physical sim card, you can simply move it over from the old phone to the new one and you don't have to buy eSIM

but if you have an eSIM only phone, then you will have to buy the eSIM yourself.  

To rebuy new eSIM , first, download the app on your new phone and login. 
Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM.   Wait for the app to confirm your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install .  The app will install the eSIM for you on the device and you don't need the QR code in email

download the mobile app to your new cell; log in to your acct and buy a new esim but it'll be a free replacement esim.
