Esim won't download yet it says account activated. Tried to use QR code in email and that didn't work either. I already bought the plan and if I can't use it I definitely want a refund or a physical SIM for free.

@Kelz_coffee Check your phone's sim manager (Android) or Cellular screen (iPhone) and check if the PM eSIM already installed. If it is already there, enable it, enable it or on iPhone: enable "Turn on this line" and set it as Primary
if that does not help, please open ticket with PM support
