hi there. I signed up me and my partner to PM and my account and eSim worked during activation but not my partners esim.
How do I receive or purchase a new esim if we can't get into the public mobile app to buy another esim.
Any DM would be appreciated to help down esim to a new plan that is active but not with an eSIm.
