Go to you mobile app:
go to:
My Account Tab
click the plus sign icon (left side and just above the my account tab)
Go to Subscription & Add-Ons
Scroll down to the bottom
Select Shop: SIM Card Now

I have been using my eSIM for 6weeks, I am a relatively new customer. I converted my physical sim to eSIM. How do I go about getting a new eSIM.

if new activation, yes, just message support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

But if you are existing customers and used eSIM for sometimes, and just changing phone or deleted esim for any reason, you need to pay $5 to rebuy esim
