I upgraded and it charged my account immediatly for the new plan. How do I get it to only start on my next renewal vs charging me twice for the current month?

@ilovedogs The moderators may be able to move your plan change to the next renewal and save the "double" charge. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).
You did post to a very old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.

There were two buttons available to you when you went to change your plan:
The one on the left does an immediate plan change (after topping up your available funds, if necessary). This is what you did.
The one on the right schedules the plan change for your next renewal date and does not charge you right away.
