I saw your multiple posts about help to activate your phone. I replied but it was gone, tried reply another one and that was gone too.
Have you completedthe subscription process using Public Mobile app?
is it just the sim not connected to the network? Or did you reboot your phone or try the sim on another phone?
or you need PM to help? Look like you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so you can just message them
