Thanks, and no, I did not get a solution. I am 73 years old and I am looking for simple, step-by-step instructions on how I can retrieve past call information.

Trying to send a private message and it will not go. Can I get a correct name to send the email to, as it will not send and i get this message; "

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
