I am trying to pay my account - system rejects my credit cards that are in good standing. I need help fast !!!

@Paul2000 someone had a similar issue yesterday, they said the solution was to ensure the profile and credit card profile addresses needed to be the same. Not sure if that will help you, but it is worth a check.

You have posted to a very old thread. In the future, start your own thread under the appropriate category and it will get the exposure and answer to your questions you're looking for.
Sometimes there can be issues with the self-serve portal when using particular web browsers. Try Chrome in Incognito mode and see if that works. Also ensure that the address on the CC is exactly the same as your account - another known problem. If you have an apartment/in nit number, try leaving it out - you may have to try a couple things to see if it goes through.
Also pay attention to your credit card account and ensure you're not being charged multiple times while the self-serve page says rejected.
If all this fails, you should get in contact with the moderator team. Use the following link: @CS_Agent, and hit private message down the page. Include your name, account number and a brief explanation of the issue and they'll be able to sort you out.
