So you trying to subscribe and got the error? Give us more information, like at which step it happened, maybe provide screenshot
And PM has not charged you yet? Try to uninstall and resintall the PM app as well as clear browser cache
Also, if you are not activating eSIM, you might want to try subscribing by installing the app on another phone and try to go through subscription there
