Re: End subscription

Allowing it to go 90 days without payment seems like a bad way to do this.  Doesn't it effect your credit rating? Why can't you just say "Do not renew" at the end of the term? This seems like a much more positive way to end the subscription.

your Public Mobile service isn't a post-paid contract...it's a pre-paid 30 day plan...no contract. If you don't want service after 30 days...just log in to your account to disable Subscribed. Your next regular plan renewal will fail due to non pay...then you have 90 days grace to renew service. After the 90 days, your account will be deactivated.  No matter what the state of your account, it won't affect your credit score at all.

hi @Trustee

are you trying to cancel the service? if you do not need the number and concern,  you can ask PM agent to remove the credit card on the system and close the account formally for you

no credit issue.  PM is prepaid provider and even if keeps paying monthly without issue, it won't do anything to your credit anyway.
