Been working fine for the last year. Oct 10/24 suddenly no data. Keeps saying no internet connection.
Done evrything here and still no data connection or very limited intermittent. (front page loads, next page wont.

The first technician went off duty, left me hanging for an hour. Finally a second person took over.
A friend texted me with the same problem while I was on the computer with the support tech.
We both live in Maple Ridge.
She said "Basically what I did is a strong reset on the network. If your friend is having the same issue, please kindly ask her/him to reach out to us using her/his own/personal account so we can fix it. "
Had to turn off and then on again.
The APN, Data settings, software were not the problem as the other tech suggested.

beenonline with a CSR, so far all she has done is tell me to check my APN and uupdate software. Been waiting 1 1/2 hrs now.

I had the same problem with my phone. I have 19 GB left. I just recently switched to a different plan. For the last 4 years I have never had a problem like this. Where do you live? I live in Surrey BC

Phone was working normal this morning, problem strted around noon.
Have 50GB of data, used 486MB.
Data Limit set to 40GB
Turn off phone, turned back on
Turned on flight mode, turned off
Turned on data, turned off data, turned on data
Checked which apps have mobile and WIFI access (all of the)
Checked APN settings, all match
Reset settings
Removed SIM card, restarted everything.
NO CHANGE, Still intermittent connection (phone actually says no internet connection, then slowly loads a page.)
Check my public account to check data usage on my computer.
Took 10 minutes to check all settings on phone and check plan and limits and start to type a response.
CHANGED NOTHING, but in the 10 minutes (maybe 15) of checking everything.
Picked up my phone and
MY PHONE IS WORKING NORMAL
All pages are loading.

says no internet connection when data on mobiile is on. wait 2 minutes or so and finally page loads (some of the time)

did you check if any chance you used up your data already? Login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to check
And check if you have Data limit set on your phone, you might want to disable it
And try Reset All networks, that would help
