Hi guys,
im in a bus with wifi for the next hour and would love to figure out why my data roaming isn’t working. Could you help? Does it work for anyone? It seems all the message boards are full of these issues. I’ve checked APN settings and and package has 100% been added prior to me leaving. Hopefully you can help, or else I’ll need a credit immediately.

@Chaad Sorry just noticed you're in a data add-on thread, so ignore everything that doesn't apply.
a) Can you see Public Mobile with dots on your phone? If not, what message appears when you reboot the phone with the SIM installed?
b) Can you send/receive calls/texts?
c) Login to your account to be certain data is showing in the box Data and Add-ons.
d) If you have the phone set to select LTE, or auto, try selecting 3G.
e) You seem to be a new customer. If not, has occurred after a renewal?
If all services except data function it will, almost certainly, be related to your phone settings. What is make/model of your phone.

@Chaad, I'm guessing you are in the US somewhere. Did you check to ensure that data roaming is not disabled on your phone? Also, did you check to ensure that your network is set to automatic, and not locked into PM/Telus. Since you say you are sure the add-on is 100% added, I won't ask if you did the 2 step procedure for add-ons.
If you can't get it to connect, and you are stuck, you can try sending a private message to the moderator team. They could at least check to make sure the problem is not at the system level. Perhaps someone else will have some other ideas.
