I have a Telus iPhone that was working fine till around 12 this afternoon, it keeps saying no service, tried everything and it keeps saying no service

In this case, you must contact or private message one of the moderator tomorrow if this issue hasn't resolved itself by then. The mods are back tomorrow 9am eastern time.

and my account is active, called apple and they said that there might have been a carrier update, i dont know what to do. not finding the answers i need when im searching

why wouldithave to be unlolcked? its a telus phone,and it was working fine.

Same here, after porting over on Saturday. Getting worried. I am parcel delivery guy , not getting any calls now .

 

Have you tried to call your own number?

Sorry to hear you're having touble. If you don't mind, try these basic troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure your phone is unlocked. if it is, proceed...
2) Log into your account on the web and verify that your account is active. If it is, proceed...
3) Power off phone, remove SIM card, replace after 1 minute, power on phone.
4) Check if you can make calls/use data. If you cannot, proceed...
5) If it still does not work, contact a moderator.
