@CS_Agent can anyone help with an incomplete number/account porting from Virgin?
I can send/receive texts, and phone out but any incoming calls are going to my old phone/sim card.

thanks for the link. I'll contact the moderators. It's been two weeks and still hasn't ported through properly.

@ryanelden, duplicate posts are not going to help speed up the process one bit. If you have waited some time for the port and have messaged the moderator team because of a stuck port, the only thing you can do is sit back and wait. No point in getting anxious over something that you no longer have control over.

You have posted this already in a previous topic.
Port-ins can take anywhere from 5 min to 24 hours if you are porting in a number from another wireless provider. I can't speak to specifics for Virgin.
