I did get this fixed, however I added a 1gb 10  day usa data roaming package.  I didnt mean to i am not travelling to the states.  I thought I was adding additional 1gb for canada.  Can I get this refunded.

As luddite mentioned you do need a mod assistant. They won't probably refund but more likely they will offer you public mobile credit which can be used for next renewal top up again.
