I have had tough time actually been unable to transfer my existing Koodo number to public mobile. each time i reach the opening ticket page on Public Mobile, the error is : Oooops , something went wrong , try again later.

Can you please help transferring my Koodo number to Public Mobile and stop frustrating me please. This is ALL I need and nothing else.

Please try the support section of the Public Mobile app to open a ticket.  If that doesn't work, send a private message to CS_Agent.
