Is that 2 hours since you've messaged the moderators or 2 hours since you've clicked the "forgot password" link to reset your password? If the latter, then you will have to send a message to the moderators because the "forgot password" function is not working.
Send a message to the moderators with your personal account information and request them to help you to reset your password.
