I am facing the same issue now. I'd like to downgrade to a 4G plan which I can see without login. But the plans are no longer shown after I login and click "change subscription". Really frustrated, looking for other mobile comany now...

Ya. It is sad that you can't go back to a lower plan. Only thing to do is to switch out out other providers I believe.

The plans are hit or miss right now.
Every few days they are changing and sometimes if you dont notice the SMS then you ll notice in the credit card statement of increased charges. 😄
Open a ticket with support to see what they can add to your change subscription page. :Fingers crossed:
This isn't something to contact support about. Customer support agents do not have the ability to change the programming of the self serve website. Also, they usually will not assign a plan to a customer that is not already being offered to that specific customer.

Black Friday deals are popping up everywhere so hopefully Public Mobile will sweeten their offers over the next few weeks
Even though I’m on a $29/20GB CA US MX plan, I see a $25/5GB lower priced option available for me
Check your subscription options every few days — and opt for a change during your next renewal

I will say the plans here at PM are very cheap and yes you can't go backwards

But what plan you have now? And what plans available for you?
