I cant receive calls or text, it has been 3 weeks since I have activated it, I have also rebooted my phone. What needs to be done?

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to receive any calls or texts after activating new services with us. This sounds like a porting issue, which we'll need to look into it. If you haven't already, can you please send us a private message including your account details, as well as the information related to your old service provider? (account number, pin #, name authorized to port)

@eronv_24 it sounds like you will need to reach out to your previous provider to get them to release the number.

In fact I did transfer that same phone number, my previous phone company is requesting to give them a call about the previous account I had. Is possible to message privately ?

Did you request a phone number from another carrier to be transfered to Public Mobile? If you did, this means that the number did not transfer over succesfully. And if that is the case, your incoming calls and text would still be going to your old company's service.
