I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. they revoked my access to my online account to my mobile app. I have to top of my phone through a third-party website which charges me an extra fee and public mobile will not give me my account number so that could fix the issue that’s causing this or even change phone company

might say that online, ive never seen one physically.

i still dont understand how a company can expect you to want to say with them if you cant even pay your things with ease and simplicity when there was no reason to be revoked in the first place.
why would i want to stay with a phone company that charges more for nothing when there is no human customer service and its a pain to pay my phone every time.
im good, bigger fish to fry and simpler ways to fix this one.

yeah muskbird, and there is no in store option for me in Montreal.
and i have done that in the past, every info was right. i had thw emails in front of me and they just refused, she was quite rude though, might i add.
i am in the midst of speaking to another agent atm, and she seems very willing to help.

which 3rd party site you used? muskbird? If you buy voucher in store, there won't be any extra fess
And PM support agent will give you the account number as long as you can provide them the answers to all the security questions. That is for your benefit. If they treated it lightly and your account got compromised, you will be even more upset
and yes, it is a rule that you need to have an active account to port the number to another provider
